Plainview Energy Solutions Inc. Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the condition you received it: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the return process, contact us at info@plainviewlighting.com. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can address and rectify the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have doubts or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Note: We do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. After we accept the return, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies might take some time to process and post the refund.
