At Plainview Energy Solutions, we value our customers more than anything. If you’re unhappy with any product, you can return it to us! For refunds, all items bought at Plainview Energy Solutions returned within 30 days from the day of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

All items that are returned must be uninstalled and unopened and should contain all of the original packaging in sealed condition.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to Plainview Energy Solutions.  All returns must be preapproved.  Upon receiving a return authorization, Plainview Energy Solutions will issue you an RMA number.  This RMA number must be included on the label of the return shipment.

After receiving returned material in new condition, Plainview Energy Solutions will issue a refund within 10 days. There is no restocking fee.
